We process your information in the following ways: A member of our team will receive your submission and then enter this information into the NHS spine to complete the nomination. Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. Sharing your information: This information will be uploaded to the NHS Spine. Your GP and other healthcare providers (hospitals, community clinics, etc.) will also be able to see this change. This is to ensure that your prescriptions are sent to the correct place.
